How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for handling and 3–10 business days for transit. For more details, please view our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship on weekends?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MST) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at help@hollythreads.com with your order number and reason for return. Please ensure items are unworn and in original packaging. Review our Return Policy for full eligibility details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Holly Threads will cover all shipping costs.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it must be handled through our standard return process.
